In the competition will be present: a doctor, a veterinarian.
The organizer does not accept any liability in case of accidents and sickness of players, grooms and horses as well as in case of theft, damage, fires and other accidents.
Any change in relation to submissions and final starting list will be possible only with the consent of the Chief Judge, depending on the organizational capabilities.
The organizer reserves the right to change the proposals.
Polish Equestrian Federation expects all those involved in equestrian sport to respect issued by the PEF Code of Conducting the Horse, as well as compliance with the principle that the welfare of the horses is the most important. The welfare of horses must always be taken into account in sporting competitions and can not be subordinated to commercial.
At each stage of the preparation and training of the horse to the competition, its welfare must be placed in the first place. This includes good horse management, training methods, farriery and tack, and transportation.
Horses and competitors must be fit, competent and in good health before they are allowed to compete. This also applies to veterinary care, ensure the safety of surgery, during pregnancy and intervention in the event of bad treatment.
Events must not prejudice horse welfare. This means that you should pay special attention to the competition areas, ground surfaces stadium and racetracks, weather conditions, proper preparation of stable, safeness and comfortableness of horses after the event.
Make every effort to ensure that horses receive proper attention after they have competed, they are treated humanely when their competition careers. This covers proper veterinary care, vaccinations (euthanasia) and retirement.
PEF urges all involved with the sport to attain the highest level of their knowledge and skills in this area.
